Ken and Deanna Hancock are the owners and founders of Hancock Chimney Service. They started sweeping chimneys in 1980. They have attended many seminars over the years, in addition to sweep school, conventions, and technical college for the chimney cleaning field. They have the knowledge and experience to address and successfully solve all their client's chimney needs. Their main goal is to make your home as safe as possible.

Tarah Hancock-Houseman is Ken and Deanna's daughter. She has grown up in the family business and is assistant to the office manager. She also has her Bachelor's of Science degree in Anthropology from Grand Valley State University.
Forrest Hancock is Ken and Deanna's son. He has been working in the family business for 2 years. He graduated from CSIA training school in 2010 at the top of his class. He is now a CSIA certified technician.

Jason Rose is Ken and Deanna's nephew. He has worked for Hancock Chimney Service for 16 years. Before that he was enlisted in the US Navy. He has been a CSIA certified technician since 2002.
Earl Koordyk has worked for Hancock Chimney Service for 4 years. Before that he worked in the building and remodeling trade for 25 years. He has attended CSIA training school and is a CSIA certified technician.
Dave Markey has worked for Hancock Chimney Service for 2 years. He graduated from CSIA training school in 2010 and is currently a CSIA certified technician.
Jonathan Downs is Ken and Deanna's nephew. Over the years he has worked for Hancock Chimney Service during their peak busy seasons.
Reese Buschini recently joined the Hancock Chimney Service crew this fall.
